EMC Steel is a North American high-tech company that specializes in the design and manufacture of Electric Arc Furnaces, and we also manufacture their respective Transformers for use with Electric Arc Furnaces.
We manufacture Submerged Arc, Direct Arc and Indirect Arc Furnaces. Ladle Refinery Furnaces, Ferroalloy Refinery Furnaces, Electroslag Remelting Furnaces. In addition, non-standard metallurgical equipment, thermal processing equipment, and all kinds of relevant environmental dedusting equipment. Our production plant is located in China. The product design and manufacturing capability in our plant offers several capabilities. It can be a maximum of 100 tons for electric arc furnaces, 160 tons for ladle refinery furnaces, and from 3600 KVA to 33000 KVA for submerged arc furnace capacity. The high-voltage and low-voltage compensation system, dust collection system, DC furnace for ferroalloys, and new power equipment suitable for practical operation are designed on the basis of industrial policy.
Our business philosophy of “People-Oriented Quality Assurance” owns a group of engineering technical personnel and management personnel with a high level of knowledge, competent business ability and rich experience. The manufacturing plant always keeps on innovation and development of new technology for metallurgical equipment on the basis of the combination of advanced technology from both domestic and overseas area. We develop and manufacture high-performance metallurgical equipment and environmental dust collection equipment, and also provide the Customer with the best pre-sales and after-sales service. We now have 139 employees in total, including 46 technical engineering personnel (5 senior engineers, 2 senior consultants, 26 technical engineering technicians and 13 project managers).
We adopted a scientific and standardized management mode, passed the certification of ISO9001 international quality management system, and obtained the installation certificate for electromechanical equipment and environmental engineering design/construction certificates issued by the State Ministry of Construction, which can ensure the relatively high level of our technology and quality of equipment and engineering management.
Our company has four (4) professional manufacturing plants with complete manufacturing equipment that ensure the good condition of product manufacturing, assembly and testing. Since large-scale electric furnace equipment is always non-standard equipment, strict verification and control must be carried out in every process in production. Equipment should be checked periodically based on the operation and management of the equipment to ensure the accuracy of the machined equipment to meet production needs. The special work processing path will be the mode for special work procedures and for choosing special equipment and clamping tools.
The engineering department consists of six professional construction teams, implementing responsibility project managers, who have rich experience in project management for large overseas manufacturing companies. We guarantee our equipment with great after-sales service.
